9th Wonder of The World...
SteamBoat
You must be thinking "chey! Isn't this what we have during the usual Chinese Lunar New Year Dinner?" It's different ok! This is a 約定 between me and her. Reason? We both love to eat clams. So i promised her that i will organise a DIY mini steamboat cum bbq for her at Labrador Park (used to do that with Ken previously)... and we can eat all the clams till we vomit. *wahaha*
Anyway this little promise was delayed for a year because our dear Belle was so busy with her studies and during her vacations, she would be busy travelling with her caring & thoughtful HengHeng. Alright, i admit i contributed to the delay too. Sorry Belle!
To be precise, i only fulfilled half the promise. We did had a BBQ cum steamboat, but it wasn't a DIY at Labrador Park. We had it at Marina South instead, all because of the unpredictable weather. Yes, 不要懷疑, we had clams at Marina South.... Me and Eileen specially bought 2 cans of Fortune Clams, packed it in 2 plastic bowls and surprise our dear Belle at Marina South. From her moody & grumpy mood -----> Surprised, excited and happy mood! *keekee*
Oh yah, was just wondering how come the clams are getting bigger and bigger nowadays....
Anyway, here's some other pictures taken during the dinner:

*Ta Da!!* Our main lead for the night, together with her HengHeng:

Belle with Eileen:

Me and Ken:

After the hearty meal, we were so full and bloated (smells too). As you know Marina South, other than steamboat, arcades, pubs and bowling alleys, there's basically nothing else to do. Somemore it was a Sat, full of people especially little Bengs & Lians. *opppsss*
We then drove all the way to Sentosa (which is like a short 10mins only) and settle for a quiet beach pub there, "Coastes". Sounds nice sitting by the beach, drinking beverages, enjoying the serenity and the sound of waves? *Pui* Not as nice as you think BECAUSE there's no wind! No seabreeze, but humid air.... So hot!
Despite that, we managed to keep ourselves entertained. Since we already paid $14 entrance fee to Sentosa (5adults + 2 cars), we might as well fully untilise our time right? There we are, posing and cheering away....

Thanks to eileen who comes up with a stupid game to keep us entertained *haha*....

And these pictures were taken while we were waiting for Belle and Heng to reach Sentosa:

Conclusion: Good food + Good Drinks + Good Location + Good Friends = Marvellous Gathering!
Thats all folks! Thanks for staying awake... *wink*

Team Dinner
I won't disclose exactly how many people there are in my company (cause i also don't know... heehee) but i can tell you the company i'm working for has branches in KL, Shanghai, Bangkok, Hongkong... So consider 不大不小吧!
Anyway, if you are interested, these are my jobscopes:-
- Generate offer letters
- Keep track of new hires' medical reports
- Compute interns' salaries
- Co-ordinate interns attachment from NUS, NTU, TP and NP
Puzzled?? Actually mine is a HR outsourcing firm. So usually big companies will hire small company like us to handle all their HR matters. Yes, i'm supporting just a minor percentage ( 2% - 5% ??) of the total HR matters just by doing the above for our major client. Seems nothing great and easy to do right? *Pui* You can never imagine how demanding these "HRGs" are. *oppss*
Anyway, back to tonight's dinner.
We went to a North Indian Cuisine restaurant. Once i stepped in, i was choked by the overwhelming "indian" smell. Despite that, i must agree that their furnishing, ambience, services and dishes were pretty good. As for pricing, sorry i don't know cause it's fully paid by my company. *heehee* So i guessed it's more suitable for those with no budget constraint. It's located on the 3rd floor of Raffles City.
Here's a picture of their interior.
Last pic for the night. I supposed that's their 開渭 dish (appetizer)? Just like we chinese being served "peanuts" as our appetizer? Hmmm.....

So cuTe... yEt sO teRRiblE...
Monday BluE SynDroMe!!
It's the same for me and my doggy i guess. Infact every morning, my dog will do this....

too small? Here's a closer view.....

This is what he will do if i didn't serve him breakfast, trying to bury his hunger by forcing himself to sleep, while displaying a super duper upset face. Don't you think he's very much like a human? Of cause not in terms of looks, I'm referring to his behaviour. See... He's resting his hairy head on the arm rest, just like we humans resting with pillow. So cute right? *opppss... blush*
Alright, enough of his angel's side. Here's an evidence of his devil behaviour....

Saw that? That big patch of blue tape is used to cover a big hole in my sofa! So unsightly right? Infact all corners have been damaged by this devillish dog! You tell me, if you were me, would you dare buy a new sofa?? Thus, i would like to take this opportunity to urge some kind souls to donate a new sofa to me... Your kindness would be greatly appreciated*wink*

It's a Rainy Day...
Unfortunately, i didn't stay for long. I guess there's a price to pay for looking a little better and taller... A pair of tiring feets! Imagine standing there for over an hour wearing ur heels... (alright, i know some of you can "ta han"!)
To make our poor feets forgive us, we settle in another pub at Millenia Walk instead. I would call it Citibanker Pub (actually it's "Suba"....) BECAUSE it's located just besides the Citibank office.
If you are looking for a quiet place for gathering, yupz, thats the one. No live band and full of seats.
Back to today:
Such a tiring day for me. Last night went bowling till 2am... Reached home at 3.30am and this morning woke up at 9am!! Okok, too much details... Anyway i'm just trying to get this point across to everyone that i've
Talking about bowling, last night's game sux man! My scores are:-
Game 1: 125
Game 2: 110
Game 3: 93
Game 4: 100
So disappointed... The more i play, the worst i score. I think my limit is 2 games. After that buang liaoz. CANNOT!! i need more practices to train up my arm strength and techniques! So, for those are who are willing to sponsor my bowling practices or buy me some tonics, pls call me directly *wahahaha* Hopefully the next time i update on my scores, there's reasonable improvement. Otherwise, please try your best not to laugh at me, promise?
Unlike me, ken - my bf, can bowl pretty well... Last night he has broke his personally record with 213 points! Mind you, thats for one game, not combine ok! So proud of him.

VirGin BloG!!!
Oh my god, guess what? I'm writting my very first online journal!!! So embarrassing...
To be frank, when it comes to blogging, I'm a total idiot. If there's such a book "Taking The First Step To Blog For Dummies", i'll definitely be the first to grab it! Unfortunately, there's no such book. I have to start exploring every features here and upgrade myself to become an advance user instead.
Come to think of it, it's actually quite fun to relate about ur daily lifes' happenings, having the full freedom to express about every thoughts and feels, and even make this a sharing channel or connection with our own friends. Humph! Ok, i shall be a regular blogger and will try my very best to make mine an interesting journal... I can tolerate you closing the IE explorer BUT i cannot tolerate you sleeping while reading halfway ok! Show minimal respect for me, will you? Thank you the very much...
Though blogging is very common nowadays but in actual fact, not many people are doing it (alright, just like me PREVIOUSLY!). Reasons being:
1. Don't have the habit of writing journal..
2. Don't feel comfortable posting their journal online...
3. Don't even have time for nap, where got time to Blog??
4. Not good with computers...
5. Hate typing!
6. Total waste of time!
Obviously i don't fall under reasons 3, 4, 5 and 6! Here's my elaboration if you are interested...
For 3:
Must be my age catching up with me... Nowadays i spent my weekend rotting at home, watching tv & dvd, playing games, disturbing my dog. So i definitely would have that extra time for blogging.
For 4:
Oh come on, though i'm new to blogging, I'm definitely NOT new to computer, alright?
For 5:
If i hate typing, the first thing to go is my job... Follow by MSN...
For 6:
I won't consider it a total waste of time... just partially, Haha!
Anyway after creating my account, going through all the customization and writting my very first journal, i've already wasted a god damn 2 hrs *Oppss... just kidding* I should say, fully utilised my 2 hours instead...
Alright, more to go in the future... Nightzzz...
